Located near Songdo Central Park, G Tower covers an area of about 86,000 m², reaches a maximum height of 145.8 meters, and consists of 2 basement floors to 33 above-ground floors, completed in February 2013. At the time of completion, it was called Tower I, but after the United Nations (UN) Green Climate Fund (GCF) Secretariat moved in, it was renamed Tower G.
G Tower houses offices related to the new government office building in the Incheon Free Economic Zone, which covers Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna, as well as United Nations (UN) organizations. Its symbolic yet eco-friendly design has won numerous architectural awards and attracted attention.
The G Tower Observatory is located on the 33rd floor of the IFEZ (Incheon Free Economic Zone) Promotional Center Observatory, where visitors can view the history of the Incheon Free Economic Zone, development plans, and current projects through advanced exhibition facilities such as digital media videos and 3D spatial information.
