The staff are incredibly rude. I understand that my Korean is a bit lacking, but their customer service is just too much. When I asked when my rice would be ready, they glared at me and yelled at me, getting angry. I asked them to apologize, but they questioned why I was apologizing. I wish you would pay more attention to your staff's customer service, not just your food.
