24-Hour Pharmacies in Seoul — Open Late & All Night
You can buy a lot in Korea without a prescription — cold medicine (감기약), painkillers (진통제), digestive medicine (소화제), and allergy meds are all available over the counter. Look for the 약국 sign (green cross). Most pharmacists speak some English, but if communication is tricky, pointing at your symptoms or showing a translation app works fine. Late-night pharmacies are a real comfort when you're not feeling well far from home. Disclaimer: This is general travel information, not medical advice. In an emergency, call 119.
