About Jongno-Gu

Jongno-gu is the historic heart of Seoul, containing Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Insadong's antique street. The area balances ancient and modern — traditional Korean restaurants, teahouses, and street food vendors operate alongside contemporary galleries and specialty coffee shops. Eating here feels like a connection to centuries of Seoul food culture.

Enjoy dinner here today ordered the beef tartare and some pancakes set. And of course rice wine to complement this food. Taste really good .... i love the crispy of the pancake especially the pork one. The beef tartar is nice so so fresh and yummy. This restaurant is inside the market. One of the quite popular one. Definitely will comeback again.

I believe this is the most clean restaurant in Gwangjang market. So i’d like to recommend to try 빈대떡. It’s kind of Korean pancake, tastes very rich!

First time trying live octopus, it wasn't scary as many people perceived it as. The yukhoe bibimbap was delicious and full of flavor. The pancakes and the gimbap was also delicious, but the pancakes were the best part of the meal.
