The basics are slightly spicy, and there is a spicy version for customers who want something more spicy. The basic side dish is fermented young oysters, which goes well with sundae soup. They say they used 8 kinds of medicinal herbs, but I don't want to eat sundae soup that healthily. The overall taste balance is good, but the original taste of sundae soup is slightly disappointing.
