We celebrated a family birthday in our room with a course meal and wine pairing. My elementary school-aged child ordered a la carte. We had all the experiences you'd expect from a fine dining experience. The service was polite and calm, the dishes were creative, beautifully presented, and showcased the flavors of the ingredients. The portions were generous but not excessive. The wine pairing was reasonably priced and elegant. The service was excellent. Everything was perfect, and everyone enjoyed the three hours. I look forward to returning soon.
We ordered the gnocchi, duck ragu, and the vongole. Drinks and wine list was very extensive and the taste of the pasta had a very sophisticated taste. It was different compared to your average pasta, but in a good way as it was very delicious. The service was amazing, the manager opened the door for us and the service was very fast. The ambience was very cozy and I was disappointed that there weren’t any other people inside the restaurant. Definitely recommend if you are in the area but beware that the portions are tiny and quite expensive.
As I was going up the stairs, he opened the door to greet me, guided me to the table without asking who I was (I guess we were the only ones with reservations at that time), and even included my name in the menu description to welcome me, so I was able to start off in a good mood. Each dish was unique and delicious. I could tell that they used fresh and good ingredients without having to explain it while eating. As with all courses, the sauce and dressing were good because they used various ingredients and unique ingredients that made me wonder if they could make dressings/sauces with them. The pretty, not-too-excessive plating was also a pleasant point. The server waited comfortably without making us feel uncomfortable while we were talking, and explained the menu in a short time, so I was grateful that he didn't interrupt our conversation.
