About 일식

Japanese cuisine has deep roots in Seoul, shaped by geographic proximity and a long shared history. Seoul-style Japanese restaurants range from affordable sushi conveyor belts and ramen shops to high-end omakase counters. Quality fish is flown in daily, and Korean chefs often put their own spin on Japanese classics — thicker broths, spicier condiments, and seasonal Korean ingredients woven into traditional recipes.

About Jung-Gu

Jung-gu sits at the geographic and commercial center of Seoul, encompassing Myeongdong (K-beauty and street food), Namdaemun Market, and the financial district. The food here spans the full range — from tourist-facing street stalls in Myeongdong to understated lunch joints serving office workers, and traditional Korean restaurants that have operated for decades without needing to advertise.

You can enjoy premium-grade sashimi at a very reasonable price. 👍👍 The portions are generous and the service is so welcoming that I left feeling both satisfied and happy. 🍀 The thick slices of tuna literally melt in your mouth, and the salmon is incredibly rich and savory. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

This restaurant was incredibly delicious, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create everything from appetizers to main courses and even desserts! The staff were also friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. ^^

This is a truly delicious restaurant that I visit again and again! Since it's near Gwanghwamun Station, it's a popular spot for office workers for lunch. It's always delicious, so we went for dinner on a date! The kaisendon here is a real treat, and this time I tried the seasonal yellowtail. Why is it so soft, chewy, thick, and savory? !??! The sesame oil was drizzled on top, and the thick slices made it even more delicious! And if you order the sushi set, you get 10 different kinds, so you can try a variety of fresh sushi. I highly recommend it~!~!
