This was probably my favorite fine dining experience in Korea. I rarely give 5 stars across the board, but they deserve it. The restaurant brought a high class dining style to common everyday Korea food with a personal touch from the team. I love that it was a 2 star - because a friend recently told me, 2 stars are the best because they have room for creativity which 3 stars are not allowed to do in order to deliver the same level of taste and experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, they had personal conversations. I did a juice pairing, which I had not done before and it was very refreshing and they coupled it with the dishes from starters to mains to the desserts. I liked that this was an interactive meal. I got to go to the kitchen, roast a marshmallow on the open flame, have a conversation and shot with a sous chef, and get to meet/chat and take a picture with the head chef. That last part is something that is very rare in other restaurants and this was offered to all the guests. They really make you feel welcomed and part of the night. Bravo.

We visited Evett for a weekday dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere were all impeccable. Highlights were the fish (옥돔), sunchoke (돼지감자), and duck. The fish had sauce from chicken fat which was an interesting match that worked well. The kitchen tour in which visitors roast their own marshmallows and a photo with the chef were also a pleasant addition to otherwise perfect dinner.

A diffrent style of michelin kitchen... Its an exceptional menu the varity and flavours are very diffrent than the usual michelin star restaurants. Especially for Seoul. I enjoyed the interactions between the chefs and guests as well as the waiters etc. Our evening was packed with fun and enjoyment. This was acctually my second time visiting this time with a diffrent menu. I can say I recommend this restaurant through and through! Now my secret recommendation : the juice pairing. These juices are diffrent from your usual michelin restaurant! They are self made with korean ingredients that U never tried in these ways. Trust me 🙏🏻 soo good so worth going another time.
