About Jongno-Gu

Jongno-gu is the historic heart of Seoul, containing Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Insadong's antique street. The area balances ancient and modern — traditional Korean restaurants, teahouses, and street food vendors operate alongside contemporary galleries and specialty coffee shops. Eating here feels like a connection to centuries of Seoul food culture.

Delicious food! Proper place where locals eat!

★★★★★RIYE5 months ago

It was nice to eat real traditional Korean food, and everything was delicious. Especially, soybean paste bibimbap and stir-fried squid were unforgettable flavors, and I loved chives pancake. It was not Korean food that I ate abroad. It was nice to share wonderful Korean food with my friends. I really want to go there next time when I go to Korea. Especially, I hope you can taste the kettle makgeolli here. It's different from other places, so you'll remember it. It's sold in a cup, so I highly recommend foreigners who visit to try it.
