Refined versions of traditional Korean food — some are plainer (black bean juk with barley), some are more complex (buckwheat noodles with uni), but all are well-conceived and delicious. The setting is lovely and the service is charming and efficient (to a fault, perhaps; we had to ask them to slow down a bit). It’s not cheap but it’s still a bargain.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. The pollack was the best dish in the course. But very pricey!
