I visited with my family around 3 PM, and the staff were having their meal.
There were three foreign workers, but there didn't seem to be anyone in charge.
When we entered the store, they didn't seem to care whether customers were coming in or not. So, we just sat down. Two of us sat down first before the rest of my family arrived, and they just placed a wet wipe and a piece of meat on the table and left.
We received the charcoal grill 20 minutes after entering.
Honestly, the meat on display didn't look very good, so my family of four ate four strips of pork belly, but it didn't seem very good.
So, we ordered three servings of beef short ribs via the kiosk.
When it didn't come out even after 20 minutes had passed since we ordered, I asked, and they replied,
“Beef ribs?” After finishing their order, they went inside.
I waited for quite a while but they didn't come back, so I asked again when it would be ready.
They replied,
"We are preparing it and don't have any meat, so we can't take orders for 3 servings."
So I just took 2 servings, but the meat was all frozen..
From the moment we entered, I thought about just leaving, but since it was a meal with my family, I decided to endure it and eat. However, around dinner time, two of my family members got stomachaches.
I don't think I will be going back there again.

Visited on October 3rd at 9:10 PM. Although the sign outside stated they open at 10:30 PM, they actually closed at 10:00 PM, forcing us to eat in a hurry as the salad bar was closed early. Cleaning was being done nearby even while we were eating, and at 9:44 PM, soapy water was sprayed throughout the entire store, blocking access to the salad bar. Even when leaving to pay, the entire hallway was wet, forcing us to walk through the soapy water.
Due to the discrepancy between the advertised operating hours and the actual operation, as well as the complete lack of consideration for customers, I have no intention of revisiting.
