About 경양식

Western food has been localized in Seoul over decades, emerging as something distinctly Korean in the process. Demi-glace pork cutlets, cream pasta with kimchi, and French-style brunch menus sit alongside Italian pizza and American burgers in Seoul's eclectic restaurant landscape. Many younger Korean chefs trained abroad and returned to open restaurants that blend European technique with Korean ingredients and sensibility.

About Jung-Gu

Jung-gu sits at the geographic and commercial center of Seoul, encompassing Myeongdong (K-beauty and street food), Namdaemun Market, and the financial district. The food here spans the full range — from tourist-facing street stalls in Myeongdong to understated lunch joints serving office workers, and traditional Korean restaurants that have operated for decades without needing to advertise.

Excellent, professional hospitality that definitely lives up to the class of the hotel. The view from this romantic 21st-floor restaurant is also quite fantastic. The steak could’ve been grilled better but all other plates were pretty delightful.

Enjoy the upscale fine dining with the panoramic view of downtown Seoul from the top floor of the Royal Hotel Seoul. You can enjoy various cuisine prepared with the best ingredients and sincerity. It presents the best moment to enjoy the city view of Seoul. The journey of flavors for the cooirsed dinner starts with: Amuse - Appetizer - Soup - Main dish - Pasta (Aglio e Olio or Seafood) - Dessert with coffee/tea The pice depends upon the main dish: Premium Iberico Steak 프리미엄 이베리코 스테이크: 100K KRW Sirloin 등심 105K or Tenderloin Steak 안심스테이크 115K Premium Tenderloin (low-temperature aged) 저온 숙성의 프리미엄 한우 안심 스테이크: 135K Lobster 랍스터: +15K Compared to its price, it has good value with well-organized process. I recommend the Premium Iberico Steak which is the signature main dish. It offers a Reward program (membership card with no membership fee and annual fee): 5% of Room rate and 10% of Food & Beverage purchase. Accumulated points can be used like cash.

The view is undeniably beautiful. You get to have your breakfast with a panoramic view of the Myeongdong area. Power table for 4 will be the area near the drinks counter. The morning sun is not directly shining on this section so you get to enjoy the view in a nice shade. Interesting choices for your breakfast which on one hand is not really a big menu for a breakfast buffet. But fortunately having breakfast here every morning during our stay doesn't result in food boredom. Love the fruit section. Mini changes in the daily menu offering makes it a bit interesting. Very efficient staff servicing the place but everybody seems to be so serious and stoic around here. Enjoyed the breakfast experience here.
