View all →This is a great value seolleongtang restaurant near Inwang Market. It's a 7,000 won beef head soup, but the meat is top-quality. The soup is good, but I regret not trying the boiled pork. The broth is rich and lightly seasoned, with a lingering oily flavor. The pickled cabbage is a perfect complement. It's a reassuring feeling to see older men gathering early in the morning for boiled pork and soju.
I usually don't eat meat because of poor quality. Here, I finished them all!
