Since 2013. I ordered pork neck and Johnson ribs, thick cuts. The appeal lies in the direct grilling. The pork neck boasts a golden brown exterior, boasting a crispy texture. Despite its thickness, it's not dry at all; it's juicy and tender, and the meat's natural, mild flavor is excellent. The addition of herring roe adds a crunchy texture, further enhancing the savory flavor. The highlight, Johnson ribs, is chewy yet tender, a signature texture of ribs. The thin, bursting fascia offers a springy texture that rivals sausage. This was the best part. The thick cut, with its chewy, thick skin and lean meat, is a testament to the quality of the pork. I had a delicious meal and left.
It was delicious. The friendliness was lacking, and the staff's eyes were a bit scary. I often wondered if there were many people like this at restaurants around Seolleung. The meat dishes were generally delicious.
