Even in the bustling market, the clean, neat shop caught my eye, so I decided to visit without hesitation for dinner. I ordered one of the basic assorted sushi platters and two pieces of egg sushi, a staple when I visit a sushi restaurant. Opening the carefully packaged container, I was greeted by the glossy, immaculately arranged sashimi, which I could tell was fresh even before I took a bite. The live fish in the assorted sushi platter, which I sampled first, had a nice thickness and a pleasant chewiness. The savory flavor was clean and savory, with no fishy smell, and I could tell it was well-aged. The egg sushi, which I added with a little extra care, had a soft texture that filled my mouth, and the moderately sweet flavor, which complemented the rice, made it a delicacy. I recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy high-quality sushi at a reasonable price in the comfort of their own home, near the market.
