Rated 4.3 on Naver — very well-reviewed by local diners, featured in 1,000 Korean food blog posts as one of the most talked-about 한식 spots.
Known for traditional Korean cuisine, this spot draws diners from across Seoul.
14 min walk from Jamsil Station Station, making it easy to combine your meal with a visit to nearby attractions like Lotte World Tower & Seoul Sky: Huntrix's Secret Headquarters.
Korean cuisine (hansik) is built around balance — fermented sides (banchan), a steaming bowl of rice, and a main dish that changes with the season. Meals are served all at once rather than in courses, and sharing dishes at the table is the norm. The depth of flavor comes from slow-fermented pastes like doenjang (soybean) and gochujang (chili), which form the backbone of soups, stews, and marinades across the country.
Songpa-gu includes Jamsil, Olympic Park, and Lotte World Tower — one of the world's tallest buildings and a major tourism hub. The food scene is family-friendly and commercially vibrant: department store food halls, international chains, and Korean comfort food restaurants that cater to the large residential population. Lotte World Mall's food floor alone contains dozens of notable dining options.

Do not go to this restaurant!!! They were so rude and mean towards us. We went there as a group of 3 and got told that we were being very loud(even though we weren’t, the table next to us assured us that we weren’t). When asked about why they specifically singled out our table, they said that they didn’t do it because they were racist or discriminating against foreigners but that we were just loud (even though there were many other drunk patrons who were louder). Read some of the reviews on Naver in Korean after we left the restaurant and we saw that the table next to us commented on our incident. They mentioned that the waitresses were complaining about us after we left, saying that we act exactly like how we look like (like 3 girls???) Anyways after our Korean friend read more of the reviews, there were other people who left reviews of the same thing happening to them. So props to them I guess? They (probably) weren’t (just) being racist but they just hate everyone they hate🥰 God bless their heart. If I could I would give them a 0, but the 1 star is for the consistency in hating everyone!!!
