"A long-established noodle restaurant near Dongtan with a rich broth simmered in a cauldron and chewy boiled pork, even kids love it!"
I visited with my wife and youngest daughter. We were originally going for jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), but my youngest quickly changed direction in search of noodle soup. It turns out this place is famous for a reason.
Taste and Composition:
Hanwoo Somyeon Gukbap: The broth is rich and thick. The "special" size, in particular, has a generous portion of meat, making it perfect for sharing with children. The meat is chewy yet tender, making it a delight for kids.
Banchan: The kkakdugi (spicy radish kimchi) and baekchu kimchi are both delicious. A tip: There are other side dishes not included in the basic menu at the self-service bar, so be sure to stop by after ordering!
Gonggitbap: If you order one meal per person, you can get an extra bowl of gonggitbap for free, and they even generously packed the rice for you, which is a real treat.
Service and Atmosphere:
The owner and staff were very friendly, as the sign on the wall said, "Friendly," and we had a pleasant meal.
However, the seating is quite close together, so be careful not to get soup splashed on your coat when the serving cart passes by.
Parking and Waiting:
Due to its popularity, parking is limited. While turnover is fast, parking can be a bit tricky.
Overall: The food is so good it deserves a spot on Baekban Travels. The soup we ordered to-go was enough to fill up the other kids' dinner. I highly recommend this place for those visiting the nearby golf course or for a family outing.

This restaurant is known for its rich, deep broth and generous portions of Korean beef. The broth is simmered for at least 12 hours, ensuring a clean, odorless broth. The kimchi and cubed radish kimchi complement each meal perfectly. With each meal ordered, a complimentary bowl of rice is included, offering exceptional value.
