Since the restaurant is on my usual bus route home, I had been wanting to visit for a while, so I made time for dinner to stop by. The kimchi stew had under-fermented kimchi, so the flavors were out of harmony when boiled. The rolled omelet was served with absolutely no salt, making it so good that I could have made it myself. I visited out of admiration after seeing great reviews on sites like Naver Blog, but the taste made me wonder what on earth those people had eaten. Fortunately, the spicy stir-fried pork was a top-notch side dish with a distinct smoky flavor. If you stop by here, it would be better to order everything except the kimchi stew and the rolled omelet. One of my principles is that "a place that serves Pepsi instead of Coke is negligent with its food." If they are in the mindset of stocking Pepsi just because it is cheaper, they are bound to skimp on effort and ingredients for the food as well. I would like to emphasize once again that they serve Pepsi here as well, and I would like to reiterate that the ladies working here are of Korean-Chinese descent. It breaks my heart even more because the owner here clearly works diligently, preparing the shop as early as 6 a.m.
