So I'm not the biggest udon noodle fan, but if I were to go to one it would be this one. You can see them making the noodles fresh in the kitchen. The texture of the noodles are excellent. The mentsuyu sauce was pretty decently well balanced and not as sweet like other places.

Yet another michelin guide spot in Seoul, known for their udon noodles. Top up an additional ₩5,000 for a set meal which includes four pieces of tempura and one sushi. Niku Udon @ ₩11,000 The udon was thick, smooth and chewy, served in a light and savoury broth. Topped with a generous amount of thinly sliced beef, the meat was a tad tougher I would’ve liked. ✨Oden Udon @ ₩11,000 The oden udon had four pieces of fried fish cake balls which were bouncy with a mild, delicate fish flavour. It is definitely one of the better fish cakes I’ve tried. Tempura Udon @ ₩11,000 This dish comes with one piece of prawn tempura which had a light and crispy batter without being too oily. In hindsight, this isn’t the most value-for-money dish, given that it only comes with one piece of tempura. The dining space is a bit packed but the udons and fries are quite wonderful and ‘authentic’ in a way you’d anticipate it to be in Japan.
