すべて見る →Bibim Naengmyeon is delicious and not spicy. It's rich in ingredients like shredded beef, sesame seeds, and vegetables, making it a great dish to eat with noodles. Judging from other reviews, it looks like there's broth. It's a shame I couldn't eat it.
The main dish is Jinzhou cold noodles, which seems to have added seafood elements to the beef soup base, and the ingredients are strips of beef patties. The overall taste is very good and the portion is quite large. I also ordered a plate of fried patties, which were surprisingly delicious. The fried aroma is more flavorful and tasty than the cold soup.
I'm a naengmyeon fanatic, but this was my first time trying Jinju naengmyeon. The interior is clean, with kiosk ordering and self-service. Compared to other places, the naengmyeon is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. Some say people have different tastes, but I found it to be justified. As someone used to the taste of plain naengmyeon, the soy sauce-based broth, reminiscent of janchi guksu (Korean noodle soup), felt strangely familiar, but the broth actually got better as I slurped. Adding just the right amount of vinegar to the noodles really refreshed the somewhat cloudy broth with the meat filling. I found the vinegar to be a godsend in Jinju naengmyeon. Personally, I found it a bit salty, but it was surprisingly addictive. The noodles were thin and chewy, like Hamheung naengmyeon noodles. The pickled radish kimchi served was thicker and had a nice texture than other places. While eating the janchi guksu-like Jinju naengmyeon, I couldn't help but think of the warm noodles. If they offered warm noodles in the winter, it would be incredibly popular. Boss, please offer warm noodles too~~~~~
