Gangseo-gu in western Seoul is a rapidly developing residential and commercial district near Gimpo Airport. I visited this place because I was craving oysters, and my overall experience was very satisfying. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were quick and friendly, making for a comfortable dining experience. I ordered oyster soup, and the broth was incredibly refreshing and clean. There was barely any fishy oyster flavor, and it was filled with fresh oysters, so much so that it felt like they were constantly oozing out with every spoonful. The oysters were plump and fresh, so oyster lovers will definitely enjoy this. The soup was comforting and easy to eat. I also tried to try the chogye noodles, which were also a popular dish, but I was informed that they were currently sold out, a limited-time summer item. I definitely want to try this dish again next summer. Overall, the taste and quality of the food are consistent, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves oyster dishes. It's a great choice for lunch or a family meal, and I think it'll be even more satisfying during oyster season.
