This was the most delicious Samgyetang I’ve ever had. The meat was tender, and the broth was amazing 👍👏👍👏 I ate it with my coworkers, and the moment I tasted it, I thought, "Ah! I have to come back here with my family." ^^ The crunchy peppers served as a side dish were very fresh, and the kimchi was delicious too~
The broth is rich and delicious. The portions are generous, so I took the rest home.
The combination of lingzhi mushrooms and native chicken is fantastic. Although it's native chicken, it's cooked to perfection, resulting in a soft texture. It has a clean flavor without any chicken odor. And the generous portions are a bonus.
