I came here for dinner. I had two servings of minced meat and soybean paste stew. It was good for a simple dinner. The side dishes were delicious.
Perhaps because it was marinated in herb oil, the minced meat was not dry but moist and flavorful. The separate dipping sauce was spicy and sweet, pairing well with the mild-flavored meat. As expected, the more expensive beef intestines were the best for the seasoned pork intestines. The kimchi stew was also delicious with plenty of meat inside.
