At 돈블랑 석촌호수점, we ordered five portions of the Special Cuts Assortment — pork jowl, neck cap, and fresh pork belly.
The pork belly was the real deal. Thick, fresh, clean layers of fat and meat. Once grilled, the outside crisped up perfectly while the inside stayed juicy. No weird smell, no excessive grease — just proper, high-quality fresh samgyeopsal. This is what pork belly is supposed to taste like.
The jowl was tender with great texture, and the neck cap had that deeper, slightly chewy bite that makes you keep reaching for another piece. Simple salt dip was all it needed.
The side dishes were solid, but the doenjang jjigae deserves its own mention. It was genuinely excellent — rich, deep soybean flavor, not watery, not overly salty. It felt like a properly made stew, not just a basic side. Honestly, it was so good we finished it before even thinking about taking a photo.
If you want real fresh pork and a legit bowl of doenjang jjigae to go with it, this place does it right.

BBQ restaurant just next to the lake park. Restaurant has nice atmosphere. The meat is good quality and waiter grills it for you.
We were a little disappointed that our waiter did not automatically refill our side dishes and we had to specifically ask which ones we wanted more of. It would have been nice if he had just refilled without our asking.
