A newly opened meat restaurant. There aren't many places selling gochujang samgyeopsal, so it's a good place to go when you're craving it. The food is okay, but... the service? The staff training is quite disappointing.
I made a reservation, but they tried to seat me without even asking. I made a reservation, but they didn't respond. I figured I'd have a reserved seat, so it was strange they just wanted to seat me.
I ordered a beer, and when I asked when it would be ready, they said they were preparing it. It didn't come out for over five minutes, and then they finally did when I asked.
The meat was served pre-cooked, so it was good for a quick bite, but there was no explanation. The male staff member at the next table explained in detail how to grill it, flipping it every few seconds, etc., but the older staff members didn't do anything like that, and their attitude was quite poor. It was also absurd that my rice took about 15 minutes to arrive.
I mentioned a review event to the male staff member and showed the female staff member my review, but she said, "So what?" Asking... I think it's something you should know well if you do something in a store, but I wonder if that answer is also what they say when providing service. The service was the worst, but the young male employee was very kind and explained things well, so I was somewhat satisfied.

I visited this new meat restaurant in Bangi-dong. The wooden interior creates a great atmosphere, and the meat is grilled before serving, making it easy to eat. The staff is friendly. The gochujang samgyeopsal and galbitae samgyeopsal are both delicious.
