すべて見る →The meat was delicious. The salad was good because it had a wasabi sauce that cut through the greasiness of the meat. The cold noodles seemed to be a regular portion, not for after-dinner use. It's cheap to order doenjang and rice after eating meat, so it's good. Doenjang sometimes doesn't have enough ingredients, but this place had a reasonable amount for the price. We visited with a group for a company dinner, but there was no bell at the table. The aunt was covering the table, so it was hard to see, and ordering took a long time. It's more of a butcher shop where you go for a meal rather than a restaurant with a nice atmosphere.

A simple assortment is the perfect option. Perfect for two. I usually go to the main branch between Dangsan Station and Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station, but this is my first time at the Guro branch. The owner of the main branch is a senior, perhaps from a school or regional background. The raw meat is better than the main branch. He says they buy meat freely, so they get the best cuts. The main branch is doing incredibly well, but this place is a bit quiet. I'm guessing it's the weather. They tell me to grill the chadolbagi last. They say the grill has changed. The new grill is covered two-thirds with foil, preventing the fat from dripping and catching fire. The cuts are there to preserve the last charcoal flavor. The freshly marinated chicory salad is delicious. I had a casual meal with Tony, the owner, who recently closed down his side business. It was a pleasure~ ^^
지인들과 함께한 술자리. 소고기는 굽는게 중요. 적정량을 적당히 구워 바로 먹어야 제 맛이다.
