すべて見る →Had a wonderful lunch here. The staff could speak English & Mandarin, which made ordering easy. They were very helpful & recommended the value set featuring their signature bassak bulgogi, char-grilled fresh octopus, boiled pork & seonji soup — a great way to sample a variety of their specialties. They even showed us how to ssam (wrap) the bassak bulgogi & boiled pork, which made the experience more interactive & enjoyable. Delicious food, warm service & a memorable dining experience.
It’s famous for its long history and impressive list of celebrity fans. it was even visited by Tom Cruise! I tried the Bassak-bulgogi (their signature crispy grilled beef), and the taste was incredible perfectly smoky and tender. I also love that they produce their own house-made liquor (Yeokjeonju); the brewery is right there! While I visited for a great lunch, I’ll definitely be back for dinner to properly enjoy their craft spirits. It’s easy to see why they’ve been a Michelin Bib Gourmand pick for so many years. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting an authentic, high quality Korean meal.
Had the Baasak Bulgogi Meal, beef soup and the Bibimbap. I would skip the bibimbap as it tasted regular bibimbap. Would definitely recommend the Baasak Bulgogi. Pls note that visitors need to order 1 individual order each (but this seemed to be a regular occurrence around Seoul). Wanted to try the spicy octopus and the tartare but it was our first day in Seoul and we didn’t want an upset stomach ruining our trip. Definitely next time!
