Typical yukke. Less crowded than the neighbor restaurants

Many of the yukhoe restaurants near Gwangjang Market were completely devoted to yukhoe, so we visited to try other dishes. My companions ordered yukhoe bibim naengmyeon, and I ordered galbitang. The galbitang had a nice, clear broth, as if it had been boiled thoroughly, skimmed off the foam, but it had a faint flavor, as if it hadn't been cooked long enough or had only recently been diluted with water. The yukhoe bibim naengmyeon was so delicious that I regretted ordering yukhoe bibimbap. I wish they had at least poured a little bit of broth ice at the end to finish it off nicely. If you like yukhoe, go to whichever restaurant next door. If you're looking for other dishes, just be a little resigned.

Since there was a line at Bucheon Yukhoe, I went to the restaurant next door. There are several restaurants in the area that specialize in Yukhoe, and the prices are almost the same. I ordered Tantangi 35,000W (a dish of Yukhoe and long-legged octopus) and Mandu 9,000W. Yukhoe is delicious, as expected, and the taste is consistent no matter where you eat it. The octopus...it's good, but more expensive than Yukhoe, so I think I'll just order Yukhoe next time lol. I recommend the Mandu at this restaurant. You get six large pieces for the price. Delicious.
