すべて見る →Tudari was a pub found everywhere even 10 years ago, but personally, this was my first visit recently. This time, I visited the Tudari in Yangjae; I heard that the Yangjae branch is so popular that it is often full. In fact, the Tudari I went to in Bangi-dong was just okay. It is located in Maljuk-geori, so it is quite accessible. I had vaguely heard that it was a skewer place, but surprisingly, it is a famous spot for Kimchi Udon. For this visit, I ordered Kimchi Udon. It is raining and quite chilly, so it is the perfect dish to eat on a day like this. First, puffed macaroni and pickled radish were served. The pickled radish likely came because I ordered Kimchi Udon. A delicious peppery aroma started to waft from somewhere, and it was definitely the smell of Kimchi Udon. Then, the boiling Kimchi Udon appeared. One sip of the moderately spicy broth makes you want to raise a glass of soju. The combination of thick udon noodles and broth with a slight acidity is excellent. The udon has a rather bland texture, but the enoki mushrooms found here and there add a nice touch. The fried tofu soaked in the broth is also delicious. It isn't a grand dish, but Tudari's Kimchi Udon is something I find myself thinking about from time to time. I think I will be visiting the Yangjae branch, in particular, often in the future. Thank you for the meal.
