A pajeon (Korean savory pancake) place in the restaurant alley behind Seolleung Station. Still, it’s a place I end up going to when I crave makgeolli on a rainy day. There is a separate person frying the pancakes outside. The atmosphere feels like a noisy marketplace combined with a really old-fashioned tavern. I usually order the assorted pancakes and fish cake soup as a base. I always leave the bindaetteok (mung bean pancake) behind because it is a bit greasy since it only contains mung beans and meat. Even though it is a bit oily, it makes you want to try a variety of makgeolli. The fish cake soup is refreshing, filled with dried pollack and various seafood.
Tasty seafood pancakes and good bon chon to go with it. Friendly service too!
