This restaurant impressed me more with its cheonggukjang than with its LA galbi. The ribs were a bit lightly seasoned, but the sauce was just right. The side dishes were all delicious, and the green onion kimchi was a rare treat in Seoul. Above all, the cheonggukjang was incredibly savory and balanced. This is the cheonggukjang restaurant of your life.

ソン・シギョンさんのYouTube「モグルテンデ」を見て、ずっと気になっていた乙支路（ウルチロ）の「シゴルジッ」に彼女と行ってきました！オープンの11時半に合わせて行ったので、待たずに座ることができましたが、人気店なので早めの訪問が正解でした。お目当てのLAカルビを3人前とご飯を注文。サービスでついてくるチョングッチャン（納豆汁）が、これまた絶品でカルビとの相性が最高です。 LAカルビは本当に美味しくて、一度食べたら忘れられない味です。 2人で行くなら、1人1.5人前（計3人前）注文するのがちょうど良いボリューム感でおすすめです！また絶対リピートしたいお店です。ごちそうさまでした！
