すべて見る →I have been going to this restaurant regularly for over ten years. Eating well is a serious matter for me, and it must be done in an appropriate atmosphere. Here, the chef does a great job; his cuisine is excellent and unparalleled in freshness. I can confirm that the chef and his team do truly exceptional work in a refined setting that focuses on the essential: taste. What's even more exceptional is the consistency of this restaurant: month after month, year after year, the quality remains the same. This restaurant is very important to me. I always have a wonderful time here, and I've found here my favorite sake: AKABU Junmai Ginjo! Loïc (로익; 옛 프랑스어 ㅋㅋ)
This intimate Japanese sushi restaurant is a true celebration of seasonality, featuring locally sourced fish at its peak freshness. Each piece of sushi is carefully crafted by a skilled sushi master who not only prepares the meal with precision but also takes the time to explain the origin and characteristics of each fish. The interaction feels personal and thoughtful, making the dining experience both educational and memorable. Best of all, the quality far exceeds what you’d expect for such reasonable prices — a hidden gem for sushi lovers seeking authenticity without the premium price tag.
Excellent omakase place. 22 dishes of fine sushi, maki, and sashimi followed by an egg pudding cake, soba and sorbet. My favorite was raw shrimp with sea urchin. The chef gave an extra at the end when I told him it was the best dish of the night.
