すべて見る →The radish kimchi tasted weird, and I seriously wondered if the sauce and vegetables in the bibimbap had gone bad. And the kimchi bean sprout soup had pieces of squid in it that looked like crushed pebbles... why not just put them in? I was so angry even though I was hungry. The Gyodae branch was delicious, but you have to be careful because the quality varies by branch.
It's great for an early breakfast at a reasonable price. With bean sprout soup under 10,000 won and oyster soup in the low 10,000 won range, this restaurant offers great value for money. The drinking water, Hovenia dulcis tea, is savory and delicious. I had the dried pollack bean sprout soup with rice, which was light and refreshing, and it was delicious. You can serve kimchi and radish kimchi from a clay pot, and simple side dishes are provided. Cracking a raw egg into the bubbling clay pot transforms the clear broth into a thick, rich broth, adding a depth of flavor. If you don't like the fishy taste of raw egg, you can opt out and enjoy a simple meal. They've been open every day, even on Lunar New Year's Day, for 25 years.
