Seongdong-gu's Seongsu-dong has transformed from an industrial zone into Seoul's most talked-about food and culture district. Nicknamed 'Seoul's Brooklyn,' it hosts artisan roasters, pop-up restaurants, and concept cafés in renovated factories alongside high-end boutiques. The food scene rewards curiosity — the best spots are often down an alleyway or behind an unmarked door.
Since 2014. Takeout shop. Specialty bread shop offering salt bread, baguettes, ciabatta, and white bread. The bread isn't overly buttery, but rather light and flavorful. I've tried a few loaves, and overall, the quality is average to high. The price isn't particularly high, which is a big plus. The food was delicious!
The fig campagne is filled with whole figs! The bread was a bit hard, which was a shame, but it was full of figs, which was nice. The olive cheese ciabatta is also delicious. The spinach ciabatta doesn't really stand out.
Spinach Ciappa ₩3200 The filling contains both spinach and cheese, making it very fragrant and delicious! The texture is also soft and moist.
