A restaurant specializing in soft tofu. A two-minute walk from Exit 1 of Gasan Digital Complex Station, it's located on the first floor of Daeryung Post Tower 6. Today's Jjolmyeon Sundubu costs 9,500 won. A first for me~ Jjolmyeon in soft tofu? What an unexpected combination. Putting noodles in soft tofu is a unique idea in itself. Jjolmyeon has a decent texture and flavor, and it adds a spoonful of variety to the otherwise monotonous combination of soup and rice. The soft tofu has almost no broth, reminiscent of mapo tofu. So, it's easy to pour a little over rice and mix it in. It's like thickening ramen with soft tofu and egg? Sometimes, it tastes a bit like ramen, but it's not bad. The flavor is rich, so it's best mixed with rice. Side dishes include potato salad, bean sprouts, and kimchi. The potato salad and soft tofu combination is especially delicious! A new style that's both visually appealing and deliciously successful~ Store & Tips & Overall Review The store isn't large, but it has a decent number of tables. There are many two-person tables, making it a great place to dine alone. You can order and pay at the table kiosk. Judging by the rice container outside, I guess rice is unlimited? The menu is simple, with just two options: soft tofu and bibimbap. They also share the commonality of being mixed. If only they added some stir-fried fish cakes to the side dishes, it would be perfect.
