すべて見る →Eversince a local korean introduced me to this nammyeong restaurant, I have returned to it everytime I am in Seoul. Very traditional, very tasty cold noodle, cook to a soft texture that soothes it way down your throat. Absolutely love it.
This place may be one of the oldest cold noodle places in Seoul, but it runs as a fast paced popular eatery. The broth drink served with the 냉면 (cold noodles) is fantastic. It's not intense and it soothes the soul. The noodles themself, the raw fish one with beef, was a nice subtle flavor surrounding the noodles. Not spicy. I recommend pouring the vinegar and red sauce in if you need more impacting flavors. The fish was tough, almost like tendon tough. I'd recommend the beef one as that to me tasted better. The price for any of them was 15,000 won. Affordable for what it is. There's a good amount of noodles in the bowl. Its good, or mind blowing, but good. Going here you are tasting a traditional noodle that is quite popular amongst the Korean community.
