すべて見る →Today, my family and I visited Obongjip Sangbong Station branch. I originally planned on having bossam, but the seasonal Maesangi Yeonpo Bossam caught my eye and I ordered it. I was curious about the combination of warm Maesangi broth and tender Bossam, and it exceeded my expectations. The Bossam was moist and tender, and the Maesangi broth had a subtle, savory flavor, making it easy to enjoy. The squid and mussels in the broth were also fresh and satisfying. We also ordered rice balls to share. The fragrant sesame oil complemented the Bossam perfectly. I was particularly concerned about what my child would share, but he absolutely loved the kalguksu, which made me happy. The rich broth and chewy noodles were a perfect match for my child's taste, and he quickly finished the bowl.
Squid and octopus are good. Bossam is so so.
It's delicious. Overall, the atmosphere and name suggest a cleaner, more refined experience. The main dishes are good, but the lunch specials are also excellent. The Bossam set menu is especially great value. I couldn't try everything on the lunch special, so I'm giving it 4 stars. This restaurant never disappoints.
