The broth was rich and light, yet the unique savory flavor of the tripe blended well with the dish's unique flavor, leaving me feeling satisfied. The tripe was cleanly prepared, with no offal, and the generous portions of vegetables made for a satisfying meal. The broth's rich, spicy flavor made it a perfect hangover cure, and the filling rice made it even more filling.
