すべて見る →I recently tried a pork offal soup restaurant on Euljiro 3-ga. The overall style seemed to be that of a place specializing in pork offal dishes. Their pork offal soup doesn't use the usual lean meat; instead, it's stewed with pig's head skin and some offal, resulting in a more layered flavor. The soup also includes blood sausage, and the way it's prepared is quite unique. It's made by stuffing pig intestines with glass noodles and pig's blood, resulting in a chewy texture, no fishy smell, and a surprisingly pleasant taste with the soup. The whole bowl of soup is rich and flavorful, and the offal is cleaned thoroughly without any strange taste. If you already enjoy offal dishes, this place will be quite to your liking; if it's your first time trying Korean offal soup, you can also give it a try—the flavor is approachable yet has a unique character.
Nohjiksu Korean Pork Soup Rice Restaurant. We originally planned to go for barbecue, but the queue was too long, and they required a Korean phone number to contact us for a meal, so we gave up on barbecue and looked for food on the same street. We found this pork soup rice restaurant and went in. Looking at the menu, the lady inside could speak Chinese. We ordered the mixed pork soup rice. This pork soup rice had blood sausage inside, and it seemed to contain glass noodles. It was actually quite delicious. We also ordered a poached egg. We were surprised to find this place was actually quite good!
Great local Pork head soup diner. Friendly staff. The food comes out fresh and hot. And tastes incredible. Good price. Very busy for lunch.
