Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), kimbap (seaweed rice rolls), sundae (blood sausage), and odeng (fish cake skewers in broth) are the staples. Most bunsik restaurants are fast, casual, and open late, making them a go-to for a quick hot meal at any hour.
Eunpyeong-gu sits at the northwestern edge of Seoul, where the city meets the mountains of Bukhansan National Park. The area has a quiet, residential character with a food scene that reflects its local community — traditional Korean home-style cooking, neighbourhood pojangmacha, and teahouses tucked between hiking trail entrances.

すべて見る →I haven't seen a place with Janchi-guksu better than this. The prices are very affordable, and there is no extra charge even if you order a large portion. This place in Eunpyeong-gu deserves an award. The Bibim-guksu is good too, but the Bibimbap is the absolute best. It doesn't have many ingredients, but it's truly delicious.
The anchovy noodles, made with a well-simmered anchovy broth, and the bibim noodles, with their exquisite sweet and sour seasoning, are the flavors we all know and love. However, the anchovy broth is more flavorful and savory than what you'd make at home, and the bibim noodles seasoning has a good balance of sour and sweet. The restaurant is spacious, the side dishes are self-service, and the staff are friendly. However, I feel it's a bit disappointing to pay nearly 7,000 won for noodles. This isn't the restaurant's fault, but the only regret is that it's a bit pricey for a restaurant serving common people's food.
