Bunsik — Korean street-food snacks — evolved as affordable, filling fare for students and workers after the Korean War. Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), kimbap (seaweed rice rolls), sundae (blood sausage), and odeng (fish cake skewers in broth) are the staples. すべて見る →This famous pork rib restaurant in Bogwang-dong is a long-established establishment that's been featured on several TV shows, but I finally went. The pork ribs are delicately seasoned and delicious, and the meat is thick, with a firm texture that really makes you crunch. The side dishes are also highly recommended. They're all so delicious that you could easily finish a bottle of soju just eating them before the meat is cooked. I'm really curious about the stir-fried squid for lunch. The spicy braised short ribs are also a good side dish, and I loved the friendly, tsundere service. There's also a small bathroom inside.
