The braised pork ribs in soy sauce with a spoon are so delicious! The thick meat, pumpkin, and potato fillings are generous, and the simmering process makes them even more delicious. This is a great value Seokgye restaurant I'll definitely be visiting again. The owner is friendly, the restaurant is cozy and clean, and the food comes out quickly, making it a great lunch spot.
Spicy galbijjim is the best way to relieve work stress! Jipsin Spicy Galbijjim near Seokgye Station is conveniently located and has a clean atmosphere. We ordered the Jipsin Set with fried rice, and the rich seasoning paired perfectly with the rice. The addition of tteoksari (rice cakes) made it even more delicious, as the seasoning soaked into the dish. The combination of husk tea, steamed eggs, and angel hair side dishes really helped to alleviate the spiciness. This is a highly satisfying galbijjim restaurant that I'll be returning to again when I crave something spicy!
