The bean sprout soup is delicious, but don't expect great service.
This is a restaurant that opens early in the morning. They sell a variety of dishes, including hangover soup, pork cutlets, and buckwheat noodles. It is already famous as a great restaurant, so there are many customers visiting from early in the morning. Even if you go in the morning, you often have to wait. Basic side dishes are provided, and additional side dishes are self-serve. You can mix seaweed into the poached egg served with the bean sprout soup and slurp it up in one bite, or you can put it into the soup to cook. It tastes good no matter how you eat it. You can also add a piece of pork cutlet as a side dish to sample it. The basic bean sprout soup is delicious, but the dried pollack and bean sprout soup has a deeper broth flavor, making it excellent for a morning hangover cure. This is a hangover soup place I make sure to visit every morning the day after drinking on Saturdays. The parking lot is small and limited, so I recommend searching for nearby parking information in advance. Otherwise, you may face the inconvenience of having to wait for customers to leave before you can park.
