Since 2024. I ordered Korean beef soup and Korean beef pajeon (green onion pancake). The soup has a rich, creamy broth with a rich, savory flavor. The generous amount of finely chopped green onions permeates the broth. The thinly sliced beef topped with garnish has a tender texture yet has the signature sweetness of Korean beef. The Korean beef pajeon (green onion pancake) has a rich meaty flavor, infused with the aroma of oil and savory flour. The texture is moist, and the savory flavor builds with each bite. The subtle sweetness of the green onions and the juiciness of the Korean beef combine to make it a great accompaniment to drinks. I had a delicious meal and left.

* Hanwoo Gukbap (10,000 KRW) I am a resident of Songpa. When I was young, I wondered if there were many good restaurants in Jangmi Shopping Center, but now that I am an adult, I realize it is a paradise for gourmets. Since this place is run by the owner of Yakitori Muk, I had high expectations, and the atmosphere of the underground dungeon is great. Considering the price, the ingredients, the tenderness of the meat, and the richness of the broth were excellent. My only regret is, I wonder if it would have been better to serve the green onions separately? For people who dislike green onions, it could be a huge turn-off... (For reference, I like green onions haha) The taste of mixing the rice into the soup and eating it with kkakdugi (radish kimchi) is superb, and even if I didn't drink the night before, it feels like a hangover cure. Korean Beef Lamb Gopchang (₩15.00). Plentiful with lamb and tripe. The broth tastes like it's been freshly prepared with the original beef broth, seasoned with fresh herbs. It's spicy and reminiscent of a spicy fish stew. It's delicious. The portion of rice is small, though. Beef Jock Stew (₩12.00). The portion is small, about enough for one person. It's often called the "dogani" (pork bone). It's chewy and delicious when dipped in honey soy sauce. Korean Beef Soup Special (₩14.00). Lots of meat. The portion of rice is a bit small, which is a shame. The broth is already seasoned, so no additional seasoning is needed. Korean Beef Pajeon (₩8.00). Good value. It's small. It looks like the meat scraps used in the soup were gathered together and mixed with the green onion salad used in the soup, then fried into a pancake. It's delicious. However, if it cools, the beef fat will make it greasy, so eat it while it's still warm. You can order and pay at the kiosk provided at your table. The staff are friendly.
