すべて見る →The soojaebi is good (both the normal and the spicy). They use oyster, so avoid if you don’t like seafood. The kimchi was horrible and had a chemical smell, so try it before taking a lot out. The dongdongju (traditional rice wine) was just ok. The lines can get long though.
This restaurant is a bit hidden in an alley. It offers sujebi, a hand-pulled dough soup. The soup was delicious. We also tried their seafood pajeon. Unfortunately, that was not as tasty and a bit too oily.
Tucked away in the tight alleyways of Insadong is this super fab sujebi restaurant. Everything we tried was excellent. The sujebi comes in clay pots with three types of soups - clear, spicy and perilla seed. The perilla seed soup version is very surprising and we ended up loving this second after the spicy version. The sujebi (hand pulled dough) pieces were smooth and thin and had good bite. We loved the dong dong ju and the seafood pancake was also very good with just enough dough to hold the ingredients together.
