Gopchang is delicious!!! The basic side dishes are also the best!!
Gopchang(곱창) is a dish that many Koreans love. Because it’s quite fatty, it might not be the easiest food for foreigners to try. Here, you can enjoy grilled gopchang곱창, makchang막창, daechang대창, and yeomtong염통—the kinds of dishes Koreans often eat and love. They also grill aged kimchi (mukeunji 묵은지 신김치) together, and this is the real deal—authentic, well-fermented kimchi. The restaurant just opened, so it’s clean and has a nice atmosphere. Hana Yang Gopchang has its main branch in Gunja, and it’s a popular spot with long wait times. I’ve been there myself and had an amazing gopchang jeongol (hot pot 곱창전골) at the Gunja location. This place is one of the best gopchang restaurants around, so if you’re in Mullae and want to experience Korean food, I highly recommend it!
First of all, the owner is so kind 🤭 👍🏻 I fell in love with his kindness, and I was surprised by the thickness of the large intestine, which I'd never seen before. It was incredibly plump. Of all the cuts, the tripe was the most delicious, and it paired perfectly with a highball. I had the wrong drink, so I ordered a sweet green apple. The side dishes were all my style..... 🤍 For those who love sour kimchi, the kimchi and side dishes are sure to satisfy. They were generally quite sour, which cut through the greasy, oily flavor. Plus, I had the cheese-spicy rice, which I thought would be greasy, but it was delicious. Wow, my visit to Hanayang Gopchang was completely satisfying.....⭐️ A must-visit for company dinners, gatherings, and dates at Mullae Creative Village. 👍🏻
