Here's the menu: Yukhoe (raw beef) + uni + mungtigi (spicy raw beef). As soon as it arrived at the table, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow..." This place uses raw meat that's been brought in immediately after slaughter and still warm, so the freshness is on a whole other level. The chewy texture goes perfectly with the yukhoe. It's delicious dipped in sesame oil, but dipping it in the restaurant's signature mungtigi sauce is a savory explosion!! This flavor is truly worthy of being called Seoul's representative mungtigi. The uni is also so fresh that I put the rice, yukhoe, and uni on top of kelp and took a bite... oh, this is an unbelievable combination... The aromas of the sea and meat explode in my mouth, enveloping me in a luxurious flavor. It's one of the best uni I've ever had. There's a reason it's famous in Bangi-dong. And important! They said they'd give me free Korean beef blade steak or sweet shrimp sashimi if I left a review with my receipt, and they really did. It was fresh and sweet, which made me feel even better :) Hampyeong Set 2 (medium raw beef + uni (sea urchin roe) + mung-igi) 85,000 won

I was curious about the Hampyeong Yukhoe main branch because it was always crowded every time I passed by, but after going there and eating, I could see why it was such a popular restaurant!!!! The yukhoe and the meatballs were so fresh that I couldn't stop thinking about it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had an appointment in Bangi-dong, so I went to Hampyeong Yukhoe Bangi Main Branch to recharge on protein! The raw beef and mung-tigi made with Hanwoo slaughtered that day were really fresh and delicious. ㅎㅎ The sea urchin and seaweed wraps were the best combination, and the raw beef with the egg yolk burst melted in my mouth. 🥩✨ The Hanwoo ramen was also perfect! It's not easy to find such fresh mung-tigi in Seoul, so I really recommend this place!! 💕
