Because it's a direct-operated restaurant, not a franchise, the tripe is incredibly fresh and devoid of any gamey odor. The staff grills it for you, making it incredibly convenient. The daechang is crispy and savory, while the gopchang is chewy and perfect for a glass of soju. Be sure to try the shredded potato pancakes and radish kimchi fried rice. Pairing them with the gimbukak (kimchi stew) is a treat. The atmosphere is great, and the service is friendly, making it a perfect spot for company dinners or dates.
If you're craving gopchang near Yangjae Station, you have to go here! The vegetables are generous, so the gopchang isn't greasy. The radish kimchi rice is also really tasty. Eating it with gimbukak is the ultimate combination!! The gopchang here is tender and delicious, with no gamey smell. So, if you're craving gopchang near Yangjae Station, this is your go-to place. They even serve yeonpotang (spicy fish stew) as a bonus. The staff were so funny, I had a great meal. 😆
This is a very clean and comfortable gopchang restaurant. The staff is friendly, and the gopchang is fresh and doesn't smell at all. You definitely have to try the gopchang stew! I'll be eating more next time.
