すべて見る →Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and a waste of time at Ganjeong House. I ordered a café latte and was in the process of choosing some cookies to take away. Instead of preparing my order, the employee stopped and served a Korean customer first, leaving me waiting. When I asked if my latte was ready, she told me I had to pay first — but was overcharging me for a box of cookies plus the latte. At that point, I decided to cancel my order altogether. It is disappointing to feel that foreign customers come after Korean customers. Too bad — I do not recommend this place.
It was my first time at this authentic coffee and Daejin was our customer service care he was amazing guy and really helpful. In addition their tea and coffee was surely plus. Moreover, the atmosphere of the coffee shop was great!! Thank you Daejin!
