Western food has been localized in Seoul over decades, emerging as something distinctly Korean in the process. The food is great, the flavour is strong and approach acidic. Worth to pay 28000 won more for the Hanwoo. Will surely come back again.
Although it was a few years ago, my experience here remains one of the greatest dining experiences ever. My only disappointment was the main dish, but even that wasn't bad. I was only disappointed because it wasn't as good as the previous dishes. I've been to many Michelin starred restaurants since, but few have matched the creativity and execution here.
